I had a really unfortunate experience here. I bought two air mattresses because I thought I might have a couple visitors. I asked before I bought them if I could return them if needed and the cashier told me yes. I kept the receipt and did not open the boxes. When I found out that my friends were not going to be able to visit after all, I went to the store to return the mattresses. They told me then that because it had been over 15 days (only by two days!), that I could not return them. That policy was not on the receipt, I was not told, nor was it clearly posted at the cashier's station. The place they had a (very small) sign was at the customer service desk, and no one goes there when they are making an initial purchase. One manager tried to help to see if they could at least give me store credit, but his superior came out and told me that the computer simply won't allow returns after 15 days and there is no way around that. I honestly wonder if that is really true or not. I can't imagine that managers don't have some way to override that. What an absolutely sketchy and dishonest policy! If that's your return policy, at least properly inform customers so that they know. I will be reporting this to the Profeco, and I will never shop there again.

Good supermarket, clean and modern, good bakery. Selection of imported items is good and has a great wine selection too. Fresh fish and meat and lots of vegetables and fruit. I like going there plus they have a gourmet food stall area with sushi, Spanish ham, sandwiches, drinks, baristas that is nice. Very clean.

Great place to purchase a bit cheaper then Walmart, the Mega Soriana are actually more expensive than the Soriana Híper and regular grocery store but I assume it’s for the convenience. Overall not the best place due to quality but if you’re low on cash this is a better option. Clean for the most part and attendants don’t really say anything unless you ask.

This for sure is my favorite store for meat. They cut my steaks fresh 2 inches think.. Tones ribeye and a huge selection of inexpensive wines. Always walk out with a bargain. Great underground parking
